Our administrator will be at the training venue 30 mins before the session starts. The website will be updated to show the actual status on site.

2) The administrator will make the final decision 15 minutes before session time.

• If status remains red, the session will be cancelled and a make up session or pro-rate will be given.
• If status is blue or orange, please make your way down as soon as possible for us to start the session.

3) A final sms will be sent out 15 minutes before session time if the session is cancelled.
